These are suggestions for practicing Mindfulness and building positive experiences throughout the spring season:

  • Go for a walk
  • Listen to the birds sing
  • Garden
  • Observe the flowers
  • Buy fresh cut flowers and put them in your favorite space
  • Jump in puddles
  • Clean
  • Hug a tree
  • Identify mushrooms
  • Have a barbeque
  • Listen to music in the car with the windows rolled down
  • Get your toes done
  • Ride a bike
  • Go to the farmer’s market
  • Star gaze
  • Fall asleep while listening to the rain
  • Go to the park and have a picnic
